I played D2: LOD like hell last summer, mostly because of excitement for the new patch. But, right before the patch came out, I got bored of the game and stopped so I'm basically in the same situation as you're in.

Yea i may play again since all the ebayers r screwed, but it really messed up my school work considerably.....my routine last school year and summer- wake up, go to school, think about d2 all day, now work, come home and get glued to screen all night, getting no homework done....so im kinda thinking no on playing again...but still undecided...  |

I don't play but I know a bunch of people online that do =\, it got to be pretty popular after the patch.
I generally consider d2 games as simply "click click click click click click click click... etc. etc."

I used to play Diablo 2 a lot a few years ago. But then, one day I just got sick of it. All the click click click click click crap and all, so I stopped playing. And I won't forget the time when I was about to play Diablo 2 for the first time in ages. It went into full screen mode, then for whatever reason, my monitor died, literally. Argh!!!!!!!!1111 So now I'm stuck with this suckass 15" monitor that can't even fit the whole screen on it...

Wow weird, my monitor almost died twice while playing D2. Once, a magnet ended up getting on my monitor while I was playing D2 and at another time, my comp just suddenly shut off and my monitor sounded like it blew a fuse. It then refused to turn on for the next 30 minutes, then finally started to work

I don't think I'll be playing again anytime soon... especially after what happened to that monitor.... :> Well, I started playing Roller Coaster Tycoon again, sort of.

I was hooked on D2 for a year, hooked on sc for about half a year, and now ive been hooked on WC3/TFT for about 4 months.

Do you still play WC3/TFT? If so what's your account? I might get back to it. Mine's Deathcleaver I was fairly active in war3 a couple months or so ago, but i stopped when I realized I have so much more fun in Starcraft, and starcraft has better gameplay/balance/physics/maps IMO. Only thing war3 has on it is graphics, and potentially more free triggers and stuff in customs. |
