Supposedly the rarity of the equipted item determines how good the presents are
In my Pirate hat I got 2 $100 dollar items in the same walk ;D

Oh.. too bad I don't know the rarity of my accessories. One of my dogs is wearing the green hat though. And blargh, my dogs suck at fetching discs. How do you make them better at it?

Go to the park without any dogs and throw discs. Also in competiton try to throw as straight as possible. My dog found party glasses today and I equipped it with a fairly rare bow. It went from Master Obedience to Beginner, why won't it lie down or roll over??? Begging sucks.
