I recently coughed up $30 and was wondering If I should get Advance Wars. Can someone fill me in on the game without giving spoilers?

It got a 9.9 from IGN. It is a sweet strategy game that everyone loves with tanks, planes, and ships!

Yes, most definetly! The battle system im simple and easy to learn, but still very strategic and fun to play as well as very deep once you know what you are doing. There is a campaign, Vs. Mode to play computers and humans on, a War Room filled with challenging created battles, and a Design Maps section that allows you to create and play on your own, custom made maps. Needless to say, it has seemingly endless replay value. The COs are interesting, and there is a good variety so you can pick the one you. Plus, there are many different types of units, ranging from Tanks, Infantry, and Rockets to Bombers and Battleships. Just incase that didnt influence you, check out these scores:

About the only reason you might not want to buy Advance Wars is that Advance Wars 2 comes out June 23, but I would strongly reccommend getting AW.

Wow! This game sounds great. did anyone played Dragon Force for sega saturn, is it kinda like that? I'm still getting AW even if AW2 comes out june, it just means double the fun  |

The VS. Mode is really fun if you have someone else to play against you. Also, the Create-A-Map feature is really cool.

I'm still debating on whether to get AW2 or not. Since I suck at strategy games (I had a horrible time with the final battle in AW), and I heard there isn't really much new in AW2.. I'm not sure. I'll probably get it when I have extra money or when there're no games to play.. which I doubt will happen.

I don't have AW, but I know that you can grab a friend and share one GBA by passing it back and forth.

Advance wars the best game of all time  Zelda and link charge after me screming swinging the master sword shooting light arrows with cunning accuracy I will take refuge at lon lon until i build enuff funds to build a bomber |
