Because they're are hardly any laws against them in other countries. No guy comes in school and says, Smoking is bad. They see their parents smoke, they smoke too.

Well, they've made it even worse now. It's now legal in Hong Kong to smoke in a restaurant. What kind of moron would legalize that?

What kind of moron would legalize that? The Chinese government. I hate smoking very badly. I am a civil libertarian(meaning I want people to have freedom), but I will never support the rights of people who do things that will kill or hurt people. |
