My friend is forcing me to check this film out...
I haven't read this(CoS) book or anything. I know that the Harry potter series is sorta horrible (movie wise) but people say that the books are good.So, should I go or not?

It just really depends on what your into ... I mean, I've read the books and the first movie was alright and everything, but it depends on what your looking for in a movie ...

I would strongly recommend NOT seeing it. The books are OK (I guess), but the first movie SUCKED.

I refuse to see a movie that will more than likely be horrible, based of a children's book.

I might go see it, mostly because the Basilisk could be very cool. I hope they don't dumb it down to kiddy standards.

I went 3 kids puked and half the theater scream atleast once! THe Basilk is awsume!!!!!!

My younger brother checked out the movie and he actually enjoyed it. He said that it was definately better than than the first movie, and the Basislk (spelling?) part was actually scary and above PG ratings. However, other than that...the movie wasn't that good, but great for children aged 11-14.
