Umm, zero posters should ne deleted, and I agree that people who only post once a week or so should NOT be removed, because as long as they post regularly, there's no problem.
Just keep in mind that Crono is not God and cannot do everything. I'm sure that removing drifters is a tedious and long process, so don't hold anything against him or KoL for not being able to work on this task.
And I have made out with a dolphin before. It was fun.
