First off Landon was the one who brought me to the board..
I hear people say that i sucked up to Crono to become Global Mod. I didnt even know that there was going to be another Global Mod after SNK got fired...and that i was even in the running!
And i dont see why everyone's got beef with me...I come to these boards to chat with you guys...i dont talk shit to you or flame...i become global mod an all of a sudden im at the wrong end of everyone's joke!

It's just that it APPEARS to people that it was sucking up to Crono & Earthbound that made you a Mod.
Just give it some time, let people see what really happened and so on, and the bad attitude twords you will stop.

I'm sure becuase hes a higher rank than you guys...And also sucking helps sometimes...your saying if you had a job and needed a raise you wouldn't suck up to your boss a little to get a riase? I heard the story straight from OldSchool and he didnt suck up and i even heard Landon discuss this situation, its over done etc...just let him be who cares if hes a "mod" i dont he still OldSchoolrpg's anyway...

I'm getting sick and tired of everyone giving the mods and admins bullsh*t. Go to another forum and see how long you stay on. You would get booted right away for criticizing them. Just cuz he's a mod doesn't make OldSchool any different from me or you. Let them do their jobs. If you think they are doing a bad job, tough sh*t. It is ultimately the admins decision, so let them handle it. I don't think they would appoint a mod just cuz he sucked up (which I don't think OldSchool would do).
If everyone who spends too much time bitching would just ignore how many posts they have, or the everyone's rank or position, and just concern themselves with having a good time talking to others who share similar interests, our forum would be greater than it already is.

Okay, lets qiut with the moral guilt trips and the "He's not holier than thou" stuff. Oldschool really helped me out with Earthbound (thank you) and well, thats all I can think of at the moment. Oh, Landon, the head hancho, el heffe, the big cheese, who is he? Crono? I don't know and I'm really confused.

Landon is KOL, admin and mod on the forum and webmaster on the site. Crono is an admin and runs the boards.
BTW, I hope you weren't talking about me TreasureFinder. I'm not trying to lay moral guilt trips, nor am I necessarily defending the mods and admins. It's just that I get sick and tired or hearing all these people bitch and moan, be it from their petty jealousy or confusion. Everybody needs to cool out.

The mods have been appointed their positions by KOL and Crono. So that must mean that they are able to take of their positions or why would they be a mod .
If you don't like it complain to Crono. Its not like Crono's gonna do anything maybe except tell you to shutup, leave him alone, etc. We should be happy for Oldschool not saying that "why did he get the mod job" or anything else like that. congrats to you old school.
