I personally like school . I'm in gr 11, and in a program called the "International Baccalaureate", so our course structure is a bit different to the normal Ontarian semestered schools. At the moment, I have a double period of English at the Standard Level, and a double period of Philosophy at the SL. I'm actually learning interesting stuff unlike the previous 12 years of school (Neitzsche rocks!). Both my teachers are laid back and easy going, and have a great sense of humor. Next semester in Februrary, my Higher Level courses (Math, Chem, Bio) start, along with *shudder* SL French, Theory of Knowledge, and beginning to prepare for my extended essay, which means my workload will drastically increase, but even when I've had a large workload I've always managed to make time for fun things like gaming, chatting, going out with friends, or playing with my trio.

I'm in gr 11, and in a program called the "International Baccalaureate" You have the IB program? Aww that's not fair. I'd be in it too if they offered it here. I know someone who lives around Toronto who's in the IB program so I'm assuming that it's only offered in the area around there.

IB is only offered in a few schools in Ontario, and yeah most of them are in Toronto or the GTA. The ones I remember are: St. Francis Xavier (my school), Turner Fenton, Upper Canada College, and I think there's one more... but I can't remember it.

Hah, pretty good, here's mine:
Geometry: FIRST PERIOD!? COME ON, WE'RE SLEEPING HERE!" Biology: Hey, it's better than geometry, and we get to disect Health:.....boring.....work, work work...sleep, grade..work, work work... English: "Well, the mood of the sentence at the top of the page, "Hah, pretty good, here's mine:" is asyndeton, which blah blah blah blah! I HATE ENGLISH NOW! My teacher says crap like, "Well, you're kind of on the right track, but you need to "go deeper"""......grrr Lunch: Finally a chance to do homework for my next class..oh, and eat... World History (AP): That's right, college level course in high school....I'm just glad it isn't english... R.O.T.C.- Laid back "military" class in which I get to yell at Freshmen when the look at me, instead of straight ahead......it's more fun than you think!

x.x You think your schedule is tough?? Yeah, I wish mine were as easy and relaxed as yours... I'm dying in my senior year when it's supposed to be EASY and FUN. Yeah right I've lost so much sleep doing homework already when last year, I started losing sleep in the last few months of school. I'm going to predict that later in the year, especially during AP testing, I will get days of no sleep. Possibly weeks...

I'm glad I'm not you guys. People keep telling me my classes are hard but I'm doing great. The only bad things happening are teachers grading me on arts and crafts crap like collages. I'd think we'd be finished with that by tenth grade.
