Here in PA we have to take the PSSA we have to take it on math and reading. We take this freakin' test in 5th, 8th, and 12th grade. It's a waste of time to make us only take the test in two subjects when the test booklet has test for all the subjects. Who hates their state tests also.

You don't our teachers told us that all of PA had to take them. The years we don't take the PSSA test we do the SAT tests. Do you have to take the SAT tests.

I don't hate those. Those are easy. Maybe except for the 4th grade one for me.

Trust me, you'll eventually learn that those tests don't mean squat......there are only 17 letters that'll ever have importance:
GPA SAT ACT LSAT MCAT

I had like 4 projects last week but I finally finished 2. One of them's due next week and I also have 2 tests. Then I have to do that other project during spring break. Gosh, I'll never ever get a break.

I have to take what is called SOLs (Standards of Learning). We take them throughout highschool. They are very easy and you only have to get a 60% on it to pass. Plus by passing them we get a grade (usually good since they are so easy) and exempt from finals in that subject.

That's because it does suck. I read the book and it bored me to death. We watched the movie last year in English and it wasn't AS bad as the book, but it wasn't that great either.

In my English class there are are two books period 1, 3 have to read Light in the Forest and periods 2, 4 read To Kill a Mocking Bird. We might have to watch the movie for my period but we also have to watch the other movie. According to other students the book sucks so I imagine the movie won't be any better. Sorry I didn't know you had a thread like this.
