I agree with Jaggy, i think platinum is better than both of these. Also, with the red one, the color will probably remind me of pokemon ruby and i don't want that.

I've heard the platinum ones paint chips. Anyone know if this is true? I haven't heard about that happening or anything, but it's highly possible. I mean like, they have to have painted it. I don't think they would use platinum coloured plastic? |

I have a platinum one and there seems to be no chippage going on ... and I wouldn't buy the red or black anyway if I didn't have my platinum ... |

Ive got a platinum one also, although I dont really care about the color, as long as it isnt pink.

I've got the platinum and don't really prefer any other color of it...But like Oldy I'd love to have an orange one...just might stand out too much =]
