I just beat gram and it says i beat the game while sektor says theres more stuff after grahm and that that was screwed up, does anyone know why this happened?

It's the way you get multiple endings:
Beat Graham without the 3 special souls equipped: Bad ending #1
Beat Graham with the 3 special souls and lose to the real final boss: Bad ending #2
Beat the real final boss: Good ending

speaking about bad endings, in japanese movies, a lot of times they end in tragity
