I like just about all harvest moons, but I'm not sure why. If you have 30 bucks burning a hole in your pocket then by all means go ahead and buy it.

Since this is the GBA board, it should be clear which one I'm talking about. Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town is coming out soon and I'm wondering if I should get it. Does anyone know much about this game?

[glow=navy,2,300]I've seen some pics in NP magazine, and know that it is going to be able to connect somehow with the GCN game, but that's about it.
I never really have been able to get into the Harvest Moon series. I had one for GBC (Harvest Moon 2 I think) and was sort of into it, but I brought it to our, well, I guess you would call it a camp and my cousin erased my game. Since then I have never been able to get into it.[/glow]

I've never been a big fan of harvest moon-type games, but I read the thing in NP and if you like the series, it looks pretty good, same thing as before, your some person who just came there, there's a marriage part if you like that stuff, or you can just be a successful farmer, attend town functions... find game secrets.... Looks like a decent harvest moon game. |

Yeah you should get it. I heard it was going to be a great game. I can't wait till it comes out but I am still thinking who should I pick for a wife.

The graphics look great, they look identical to the N64 ones. Last time I chose Popouri as my wife for N64. I think i'll go with Karen this time through. Karen is the hardest one to get married to, also.

i've heard what people say and i'm thinking about getting it. and you're right, harvest moon games don't get much publicity. you can go to anyone and ask them what quake or socom or devil may cry is and they'll know. ask em about harvest moon and most of the time you'll just get

I want this game. I love the Harvest Moon series. This GBA one looks perfect for car trips, you know? Pick-up-and-put-down playability.
