Ok. I guess my brain is poisoned now. Anyway, I beat that bastard after levelling up like 3 levels. I just unloaded a bunch of Splash Bros. and Bounce Bros. on him and STILL, it took like around half an hour to beat him. Good thing I had like 27 syrups.
