directing sturm's meteor for AW1

i read somewhere that you can control where sturm (enemy) aims his meteor by using an "infantry block." What is "an infantry block" and how do i use it to direct sturm's meteor?

i think the aw2 method is different (use midtanks?), but i want to know how to direct his attack for aw2.

If I remember correctly. His Meteor Strike hits an area that looks like this:
........*
......***
....*****
......***
........*

Make it so that all your infantry units are in a cluster like that so he'll most likely hit them instead of your other better units (assuming they're not in clusters like that either). I don't know if the AW2 method is different or what it is, so can't help you there.
