Are you guys aware of all the SRPGs on PSP?

Doesn't seem to be much discussion about the PSP here. Its a great handheld. Anyhow, there are a ton of SRPGs that you can play on here..including PSP games, PS1 games, SNES, GBA, and some more..

A short list:

Spectral Souls
FFT (Remake, coming in Fall)
Generations of Chaos & Aedis Eclipse (still a tactical RPG but it is different.)
Jeanne D'Arc

And you can play virtually all PSX games, including TO LUCT, Vanguard Bandits and more.

Theres alot of other great games for PSP aswell..

I heard there's also FFTA2 coming out for DS. Are they both one in the same or is the PSP version just a remake of the original FFTA?

FFT remake is a remake of the PSX one. The PSP finally has a good library of games out now. I was debating on getting one this Fall/Winter, but sure enough most likely not. I have a few games to finish for the PS2, Luminous Arc is coming out, and they raised the price on the newly designed PSP coming out (which is the one I would get).

Yeah FFTA2 is a new game..I'm not sure how much better it will be than FFT remake on PSP though. But I've heard there are lag problems with the PSP version (mostly SE's laziness)

I'm planning on picking up a white PSP slim when they come out..hopefully it is hackable.

Im gonna buy the new Slim PSP when it comes out, and I plan on buying most of the SRPG's on it.
