made this a while back...but decided that i need more imput  i drew the mountains in Corel, and then applied it as a layer in Photoshop...added some effects to make it seem snowcapped...if it is it was supposed to present an image of the mountains and the nightsky reflecting in river water at night does it flow that way? imput is appreciated...as i have an idea for another piece Rain... |

Good job rain!
The snow mountain effect is good, but it's slightly confusy at the bottom.
Anyway, everything else is great.
..and Seifer, Corel is CorelDraw. As in "CorelDraw 9".It's a great graphic software, like photoshop.

Good job. I'm not very artistic, but I was wondering since it is a night sky what would happen if you stuck a moon in there. when you say "Corel" ... what do you mean? Corel is a company that makes graphics software(among other things) just like Adobe makes Photoshop(among other things). Stock symbol is CORL. ;D |

i'm working on another one...more icy this time
you'll see a lot of blue in my work...some people claim my blue is killing them....
but hey....perspectives is the key to originality =P

meh, blue is cool. i finally got more contacts and they make my brown into blue. the artwork is superb...and what is it that you wrote along the side? it was too small to read, and i'm not really going to copy the pic and enlarge it...i'm just too lazy and don't have the time. the moon idea is great, also...if it would be very hazy and yet still bright. i also like the cursive despair. rain...c'est magnific!

its part of this poem
although it may not make much sense now (to you)...due to the work in progress
i still have to revise the poem a bit...and extend it...its not quite finished
Despair
this is the story of a girl...a girl who never knew happiness
she avoided all possible contact with another...lived a lie
never dared to look in the mirror...afraid to find only a mess
died for the truth that she thought...the world must abide
let her visions look beyond the horizon...which we are bound
never turned her head once...never cared to remember why
what she saw was the abyss...heard the laughter...the sound
tried to spread her wings...believing she would soar in the sky
though she failed...it failed to discourage her all together...only
it was too late to search...dear girl...can you honestly not see?
what was before has passed away...never to be found...to be
never seen again...as your sacrifice has done nothing...nothing
no one cares about you...no matter how sweet your heart
not even God wanted to look you in the eyes...such a wreck
that being yourself is playing a forever erroneous part
look into the sky...the sky you will not be after death
listen to the ocean tides...dear girl...listen to their anthem
the hymn of liberty and freedom...those you never possessed
take a glance into the underworld...and feel contention
for that is your home for eternity...show your life no regrets
eat your bread...drink your water....dwell in joy...you never are
never were you joyful...do not cast away your depression yet
many disappointments still await you...wish not upon the ungranting stars
your heart...it never was as empty as the prison you are kept
despair is only a matter of the mind...remind yourself daily
life is nothing to be concerned with...only a show...an ansemble
we play our parts right...but dear girl...you never will succeed
win favor with Heaven...win favor with Hell...break your spell
life the pain...love the gain...these two games...you should have learned well
