DVD compatibility

Which system has better DVD compatibility? PS2 or XBOX?

I want ot watch NGE on one of them because my computer could slow down and screw it all up and I do have a DVD player but don't want to use it for some reason.

i would use the DVD player because what's the point of having it if you use your X-box or PS2

Ummm, yeah never buy a system solely for the DVD player... Unless you plan on buying games for a PS2? (In any case, don't get an XBox.)

Oh, one more thing, I don't know if the XBox also has that annoying Parental Control screen like the PS2.
