About a month ago, there was a bug in World of Warcraft which caused an outbreak of a plague all over the world. Everyone was infected, and it spread if you stood right next to another player/NPC. Scientists took it as an opportunity to record people's reactions and compare them to possible outcomes if a real life plague such as this one broke out.
