I was thinking of getting a boxed set. Here were my choices:
Bastard!
Cowboy Bebop
Escaflowne or Escaflowne LTD.
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Lodoss Wars
Lodoss Wars: Heroic Knight
Outlaw Star
Trigun
I don't know what to get(refers to topic name).

Bebop set is nice, I just didnt have $100 to blow on anime. Outlaw Star has been shown to much. Trigun and Lodoss Wars are cool. No comment on the others.

what about the neon genesis evangelion set? I was thinking either the bebop or trigun.

Yeah haha no one else is on and trigun I hear is great. I don't know a lot about neo genesis. The bebop one is sweet. If you get the special edition one, it comes with a music cd and everything. BUT I wouldn't spend that much on anime. You know I love Bebop so make your own decision. I would just rent the stuff from blockbuster.

yeah the bebop set is less than 200 or so probaly around $180. I heard trigun was a great anime so thats why I put it up there.

Well i wont spend that much on anime but I LOVE BEBOP (got the hong kong special ed. for $40 including shipping on ebay, subtitle is somewhat off like x-master instead of chessmaster but that wont effect the dub). U MUST GET THE UNCUT if you do get it. As said before, you can always rent anime at your local rental place. |

damn I guess I exagerated the price a little it was around $140. Thats what I get for going off-hand.
I would go to a local Blckbuster but none of them are close enough to bike to.
