We need a transfer of "power" for Team Self-Esteem after my departure. Any suggestions for making this a democratic process?

I'm pretty sure he said make a Poll that was an Election, and the *X* most active TSE members would be candidates.
So make X a number, Chose Those Candidates, and Crate The Poll!

The most active members are some of the most active posters period. People such as SNK, myself, Lasanti, Finalboss, etc... However, we can only put as many as can fit so we will have to be somewhat selective.
