Im debating which i should get: An MP3 player or a Minidisc player. Obviously MP3 players are smaller, and may have minorly better sound quality, but from what i read, theres some file that minidisc players support, something like LP4 where you can put 5 hrs of music on a 80 min disc.
Please, i need help deciding

Well, I haven't used an MD player before, but I do know about them. I like mp3 players better because they're more compact and besides, I don't need 5 hours of music anyway. They're also cheaper and you don't need to buy those discs that MD players use. My mp3 player has this recharging thing for recharging the battery. I think it uses a battery like the GBA SP one or something similar. Some mp3 players have these memory stick things where you can stick them in these slots in your mp3 player but I saw the Sony memory sticks and they were freaking expensive. Like $100 for one that has 128 MB or something. An mp3 player with 64 MB is satisfactory. 128 MB is kind of more than enough. For me, at least.

I agree with Jaggy. Dont go with the MD unless you really want a lot of songs. a 64 mb mp3 player can hold around 21 songs... That's more than enough for me. The discs can obviously hold more but mp3's have a good amount of space. 128 mb can hold double that number... around 42
