How do you make the "Avatar pictures" show up? I've selected picture after picture and it shows a box with a little X in the corner.

your URL should be tacticsogre.com not tactics.ogre.com unless thats a real site.......

SMD is right. i think you have the wrong URL. try taking out the period between tactics and ogre.
