On GameFAQs, I forgot my password. I used the email form to retrieve it multiple times, but I'm not getting the email. Anyone know why?

Are you using hotmail? For some reason, I never get those emails when I use my hotmail account so I just use yahoo.

check the e-mail filters. usually the reply messages get sorted with the junk mail.

well, on hotmail you go to the "settings" and it's somewhere in there. you just have to dig around, or maybe go to the help section and do a search.
