www.flat-earth.org/Dear god, it seems like those people seriously believe the Earth is flat. This has got to be the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. I seriously hope this site is a joke. -_- From FAQ: 13. What about gravity? Gravity is a lie invented by the purveyors of the inherently false spherical Earth theory. The theory of gravity has never been proven. There is no gravity, only inertia. The Earth moves through space like a giant elevator. We do not fall off because we are kept down by inertia. The Earth has inertia. There is a school of thought which states, however, that the Earth does not move through space, but rather that it rests on the back of a giant turtle, and that what we call gravity is, in fact, the turtle's animal magnetism.
20. Does Idaho exist No. The existence of Idaho is a lie, fabricated by a conspiracy of cartographers, as is England (see question 10).

I don't know about England, but the nonexistance of Idaho is pretty tempting to believe in

Well, I know this site is most likely a joke, but there are flat earth societies out there that are actually think the earth is flat. Haha, if you look at the pictures of their "first expedition" you'll see that they use a globe as a map.

9. How long is the edge of the Earth? The edge of the Earth is infinitely long. 10. Does this mean that the Earth has infinite area? No, no more than England does. Hah! www.flat-earth.org/From FAQ: 20. Does Idaho exist No. The existence of Idaho is a lie, fabricated by a conspiracy of cartographers, as is England (see question 10) 21. What about North Dakota? That doesn't exist either.

If this is indeed a joke then someone has a little too much time on their hands.

At the beginning of the school year, my science teacher said that the earth is flat and we had to tried to prove him wrong *and* prove that it was round.

If the Earth was flat, all the oceans would be fast-flowing rivers leading to an obscenely large waterfall. There's your proof right there

Why would lava be inclined to be on one side of the Earth and not the other? What would simply prevent all the lava from coming over to "our side" of the planet? Hell, why would anything be underground if both sides of the Earth could be exposed to the sun?

I'll be damned. I never thought there would be a site like that. You learn new things when you're away.
