I acquired 2 of these in story battles, "turns user into a sword permanently." I used them with a few different character and got some pretty sweet swords. Lvl 16, 19, 23, 24 characters all produced swords with 85 power. They added to each stat based on the stats of the character producing them; in some cases I got mods like +104 strength! Also, they acquired a special affect... Rictor, as a High Priest, produced a weapon with Prevent Instant Death. A swordmaster produced one with Instant Death Effect. A hawkman produced one with no special ability. I got one with Confusion from another character...
I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this item, and if it is possible to get some more of them.
I got another good sword, Fragarach, (75 power bane element) from a link battle, along with some other powerful items.
Also, I'd like to know if you can get more than one Time Flux spell without trading... It is cheap as hell :-)

I still haven't used Snapdragon yet. So it turns the user into a sword? If that's the case that's messed up.

Can you get it in a quest?

there are at least 2 of them hidden in stages.(belleza, and sotavento, next to the tree on the far right) You also get one for beating the wizard twins. The swords element is that of the user. It has power of 85 and gives stat boosts relative to the character that used it. I first tried it on a lv.26 naga(wind), and gave it to my main guy. These things are sw33t.

You get the time flux spell (the best support magic in the game) by beating the witch on Cybil's team when she gets possessed, then pick up the item bag, and you'll have it. Divine Radiance is gotten by beating Nichart's priestess in Osteria south.

There's another snapdragon in the fight with saia (one of his dragons has it). Using snapdragon on an angel Knight will get a sword that will boost biorythem for nearby allies.
