I once knew of a japanese website that did, but unfortunately I don't have the link. There are two maps in the maps section that have the locations as well. The walkthrough is a bit confusion, but the best you can do off of words. Most hidden items are nothing special or things you can't get in quest mode/from enemy drops.

"Then comes the list of co-ordinates. Each co-ordinate is in the order (x,y) in ascending x order. (0,0) is the co-ordinate of the BOTTOMMOST corner of the map; that is, the corner that is nearest the bottom side of your GBA screen. On some maps, (0,0) will be impossible to get to; if this is the case, then the co-ordinate for the bottommost deployment square will be given to the right of the dimensions of the map; you must then use that as an offset to find the correct tiles.
Each co-ordinate (x,y) means that, starting from (0,0), you must push UP on the controlpad x times, followed by LEFT on the control pad y times. Keep in mind that this is if you are using Cursor Movement Type A; if you are using Cursor Movement Type B, then you will need to push RIGHT on the control pad x times, followed by UP on the control pad y times."
That's directly from the FAQ. Hope it helps.
