I just want to put on record that Secret of Mana was 3 PLAYER and not just 2 like Crono said. Yes I have done 3 and it is sooooo sweeet.

Clay? It was Claude. ;D He was okay in certain circumstances just like the Tortoise, but most of the hidden characters aren't all that good. Yeah, that was it! Claude was his name. I found his arm by complete coincidence. Hey, what was that rat guy that really sucks name again? He gets good when you turn him into a ninja but before that, blehI just want to put on record that Secret of Mana was 3 PLAYER and not just 2 like Crono said. Yes I have done 3 and it is sooooo sweeet. Yeah, I love playing Som with friends. I was never able to find a multi tap for the supernintendo back in the old days though...

The rat guy's name is Slade. Oh yeah, Slade was the guy. My favorite character was Lemon! He was cool as a badguy and even cooler as an ally.

The sweetest bad guy was Kane(though it is spelled Cain, Kain, and Kane throughout the game) in Shining Force 1. Lemon was cool in Shining Force II, but he joins late.
