Anyone own a copy of Gunstar Heroes that they wish to sell? The item I was looking at on Ebay sold for $28.00, which is more than what I paid for the Genesis console with 4 controllers, PLUS shipping and NHL 97!

i also highly reccomend shining force 1+2 (make sure you get a working copy, my save battery died out on my copy of 2 and i can't play it anymore)
they're like advance wars, only with rpg elements brought in, a little diffucult, but fun...
(though, the last time i played either, was when i was like 7)

can some one tell me about gunstar plz about how you play and stuff, ithink i played it before is ithat the game where you control this really big robot in tournament battle then in between the battles you buy weapons and such.
well anyway if you can't find a good shining force copy go buy sega hits 2 for the pc you get that game plus a whole lot of other games.
Now let me talk about Shining Force. that game is so awesome it is rpg style and has some tactics in it too. you can actually go in the towns talk to people there. get new charactres that join you by the story. the bad part is that you can not go back to the towns on the previous chapters. you can not hire charchters but by the end of the game you will have a massive army in withch you can pick around 19 to battle with you .if some one dies they don't disappear forever they will just become this blue fire which you can revive at any time. And now i ma done talking ablout shining force. P.S i like the elven girl in the choose data screen:D

Indeed. The mix of the strategy RPG battle system with the ability to walk around and explore towns is great. Shining Force 2 is better for exploring towns and the world because you can go back to any area by the end of the game though you can't go back to Grans Island at first or the game would be messed up. Both games are suprisingly fast pace, though there are times when you will want to do a battle over and over again to get the proper amount of experience. I only did that with about 2 or so battles per game though.

Oh yeah! I completely forgot about toe jam and earl. That game was the best side-scroller for the genesis, it was so fun
