I thought this might get people posting a little more. Every few days I'll list a classic game (nothing newer than psx or n64) and everyone gives their own small review of the game. Also they give a rating of 1 to 10, 10 being a classic, 1 being a flop. Then i'll list the games and their average TO member score on this first post so everyone can see what they got.
Hopefully we get a lot of reviews so the score isnt so 1 sided, like if I put Earthbound and only me and TF post reviews, it'd get a 10, but if other people post, then it might only get a 7 or 8, not saying that other people dont like Earthbound or anything.
Also, if you have any suggestions for games to review, just put them in your post.

Game: Super Mario Bros. 3 Genre: Action/Platformer System: Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) Designed by: Nintendo
My review:
Even if your a stranger to the gamining industry, there's still one name that is recognized worldwide, Mario. And of the entire Mario series spanning from NES all the way to the current Nintendo DS and Gamecube, SMB3 has to be the best. I believe that SMB3 created a new tier in which all games made thereafter had to achieve. This game had it all, frog suits, bosses, different worlds, everything the first two lacked. And even if somewhere in the back of your mind you thought "Wouldnt it be cool to have Racoon ears and a tail and be able to fly?" well my friend, they have that too. This game can be played over and over again and not get boring, you can even play with a friend in the little VS. arena. Super Mario Bros. 3, the best thing since sliced bread.

I could never get past the airship...
Rating: 8
A classic in it's own right. In addition to plenty of levels to keep you on your toes, you can get the always-loved Magic Flute. The mini-games were a nice add in, but they weren't necessary.
My favorite items were the Tonooki Suit, the Powerwing and the Frog suit, even though it sucked on all but two levels.

Same with TF it was sweet except I sucked at the air ship and I had to skip level 7 (pipland). I give it a 9 for classic gameplay and being the best 2d mario game on the NES. It had so many hidden features, bonus games, and crazy level designs what's not to love?
*I did beat the game with cheatcodes aka always have raccoon tail that way whenever you got hit you stayed raccoon lol*

Wow..only 3 reviews. C'mon people lets try and get a few more for this next one.
Game: Perfect Dark Genre: Action Adventure/FPS System: Nintendo 64 (N64) Designed by: Rare
My review:
Rarely do you come across a game in which the instant you see it, you must own it. Well Perfect Dark is a perfect example of this. This game draws you in with its looks and cool graphics, and keeps you hooked with its storyline and many unlockables. Most people would say this is the best FPS shooter ever made, I have to agree its proably the best one ever made, I know i've spent (and still do) hours upon hours beating bots and friends alike in this game. If only Halo could've lived up to PD.

Amazing graphics for its time. This game created friendships that last to this game with it's godly multiplayer. I dont think halo would have existed without this game coming out first, and honestly I prefer Pd to Halo.

Wow, Perfect Dark, wasn't that one of the first multiplayer games? umm not even close i think but yeah i'm way too lazy to give reviews and people will just put their favorite games on here and everyone will just be like "alright 10/10, 9/10 etc." i suggest something more controversial, such as Halo? or other games where we'd see more diversity

Game: Chrono Trigger Genre: Role-Playing Game System: Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) Designed by: Squaresoft
My review:
This game basically redefined what a standard RPG should have in it. If it wasnt for CT, RPG's all together might have remained dull and unfun to play, but thanks to Square upping the bar, we have a whole new era of different RPG types, and I think CT is to thank. From its multiple characters with their in depth storylines all of their own, to the real time fighting system. That plus a little bit of sugar makes for a hell of a game.

Chrono Trigger was definately one of Square's better franchises that they could have done something great with, but Square seems to have this HORRIBLE bug with game series, they start great, and then suck. Badly.
Chrono Cross wasn't half the game Trigger was, sure, it had it's good points, but the person that says it's worth Trigger's godly name needs to be strung up abit infront of CT to relearn on how intense the game is in comparison.
Seiken Densetsu, and most definately Final Fantasy are proof to this pheonomina that is Square's ruination of a good game, Seiken was going damn strong until they tried to go with SD4 (Legend of Mana) While myself amoung people still enjoyed it, it's still a far cry from SD2 (Secret of Mana) and SD3 (Not released in U.S.) ... At least Square made up for it by remixing up the orignal Seiken Densetsu 1 into Sword of Mana for the GBA.
I'm not even going there on FF...

Chrono Trigger was produced by a "dream team" which was all split up to work on different projects. Square cancelled plans to make "chrono break" so after 10 years I'm finally starting to accept that chrono trigger will continue to be a stand alone classic.

I have gone and beaten the game, and I know you get to see Crono and the gang mid-late game after you beat the hell outta Miguel.
It's still a defilement.
