As a fan of the Final Fantasy Tactics series (my apologies to the large number of people that seem to dislike it, for bringing it up), I decided I wanted to try its predecessor Tactics Ogre. I'm currently enjoying The Knight of Lodis for the GBA, but there is this small thing that keeps bothering me: there is this one piece of information listed with a character's name that I can't figure out the purpose for, and I can't seem to find anything about it.
As most will know, pressing select on a character's name provides information about fortune and all that. To be exact, when you select a character's name, first their birthday is listed, then their sex, and after this come three stars (they can be grey/empty, black, blue, and red). The next line reads their current fortune.
Would anyone know what information exactly the three stars listed underneath a character's birthday/gender provide? I guess they might have something to do with fortune/luck as they seem to change overtime? Oh, lastly, I haven't played the English version of the game, and seeing how I can find nothing about this topic, I'm inclined to believe the translated version leaves out the stars altogether; I hope someone on here will know what I'm talking about.
Thanks in advance...
