This Game is Awesome. The Graphics, The Music, The Story, The SHOOTING, and the best of all (to me) THE BOSSES. Is Is so Incredible and Intense. It Starts Off with the same feel as Halo, but quickly you are banned from the main ships because of an Infection you have aquired during the begining fights. You are then Sent to other planets on various quest in accordance to the story. all fill with big explosions and big bosses.
I love it, but the fighting slows down till you get closer to a boss and then recieve a new power, and it slows down again because the game allows you to get used to the upgrade by solving puzzles (not lame puzzles) while being every once in a while pestered by a big lizard or things on the ceiling. but it is still a great game.
The boss levels feel like a movie so they are super intense. it gives you a feeling of epicness.
I give this game an: A
Needs A little more Fight. not a super lot just a little more.

I just ran into another boss called moagnar and he is big and destructive but very annoying in the sense that he can replenish his health. It almost seemed apparent that nintendo ran out of great concept artists for this one because I seemed almost too simple and it was almost obvious what to do because the boss had 4 red brigt no texture just red orbs around him that you had to destroy to kill him even though they did nothing except maitained his health. oh well it was still a lot of fun and the following cinematics after the battle were very inmpresive.

Ignore the triple posting but no one replys anyway. I just beat this game with special ending unlocked but I'll have to say that the games story was good and all the backstories (histories of the planets and species) were very good, the bosses just didn't seem to be getting better. Its like the design team just lost a good hunk of its team and had to let go of one area and leave it the same. It was still a fantastic game and all that, had one of those cheesy nintendo endings "Mission complete" with her thumbs up flying into space, but nevertheless my favorite game for the wii (alongside Raving rabbids.).

How long did it take to beat? I saw it at gamestop yesterday and have heard good things. Unfortunately I do not own a Wii.

Sorry, its been a while with summer and all that and having internet at home.
well it took me about 15 hour to beat. doing it again and knowing where to find stuff, i could probably do it easily under 10. there is just a lot of wandering, but never pointless wandering because there is always a door that you didn't notice before. its just finding the right do for the right circumstance and then remembering what each door held. its nice having the map because it show doors on them. and tell what type of weapon is needed to open each door. so everytime your weapon is up graded you check all the previously locked doors. yeah i liked the game. the wandering rarely got boring because I thought the world was really cool. all the worlds are connected in the history that every once in a while is written on the wall. well i dont know if its the game for everyone because its definatly not a hard core shootem up but more of a casual, with random intense parts that every once in a while actually requires shooting skill, but a lot is manuvering and finding stuff that will lead up to a boss level. before a boss level there is like mini bosses that can be frustrating because instead of you just trying to kill the boss they are more there to annoy you as you open the door or something procedural that leads to the bigger boss. But it is still my favorite game for the wii. probably just because i haven't played zelda yet.
