I've got a level 10 High Elf Mage, who is not only Archmage of the Mage's Guild, but somewhat of a Necromancer too. Haven't played it in a week or two though.

I put it down after 75 hours of play and not even finishing half the story mode. I just have other things to play that = to another 75 hours....which is what the game will probably demand of me

I must say, a lot of the quests and other stuff are sometimes a lot more interesting than the main story itself. I did tons of quests, but not much of the storyline stuff. I've pretty much done all the quests in the Dark Brotherhood and the thieves guild. Working on Fighter's and Mage's guilds now (yes, I joined all 4.. ).

I got... really bored of this... after like ten hours. I never could get into Morrowind, either. The worlds are just too lifeless, and I can't see any impact my character has.
Like, I became master of the Fighter's Guild before saving Kvatch... it would have been nice if the guard captain had said something like, "How can we lose? We've got the master of the Fighter's Guild on our side!"
Not to mention beating the main quest and, oh, just saving the world, and you still get NPCs going "Oh.. it's you." Fucking snobs, that's a fast way to get a beating.
To everyone that enjoyed Oblivion, I bid you look at Gothic 3. Not saying it's better, as that's really a matter of opinion (I think Gothic series is lots better than Elder Scrolls though), but you might like what you see.

It's just fun being able to do what the hell you want in that game. And the world is huge with like a zillion dungeons. Oh and after I did some of the thieves guild quests, NPCs did start mentioning stuff about that when you choose "Rumor," especially about the last quest. I've spent a lot more time on quests than I have on the main story.

Yeah I really enjoyed it but after 75 hours I decided I needed to move to another game lol. There is so much to do in the game its crazy. After winning the Arena they are like hey champion etc.

And that in itself doesn't really mesh with me. I mean, it's the main story of crap coming to kill everyone, it should have a little more urgency than it does. "Escort Martin " "nah, I'll take him dungeon crawling for a while!" "eh, uh, k" Another thing is the level scaling. Winning the Arena at level 1 (seriously, I did it) - not good. Not good at all. Strongest fighter Tamriel has ever seen my ass, just get the damn guards to save the world.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot about the arena. Another thing on my list to do.
