Golden Sun 2 just got a 9.0 out of 10 from IGN. Regardless of what people say about the first one, I liked it, it was fun, not the best game ever but a fun experience for the GBA. And I'll be getting the game on the 15th along with a GBA:SP. I will be picking up the new golden sun game. The first one was mediocre but fun. Oh ya screw you and your flashy SP. I don't have $100 to blow on that thing and I got a regular GBA that works fine.

There has been some buzz on the GS:TLA board at www.gamefaqs.com/ about GS:TLA being out at Target already. Although I saw Crono denounce that. But are they really selling it for 24.99 like the people there said?

I took the Target add to Funcoland and asked if they would match and they DID! So I got mine at Funcoland for $25 ($26.11 including tax). It is a really cool game.

Well, yeah I'm getting GS2.. but from what this review states, I guess they didn't improve the battle system OR the dull characters...

I thought GS was crap, so i hope GS2 is a little better than crap (maybe semi sucky).

It is pretty cool. The puzzles are A LOT harder than the original. I haven't found a easy one yet. It has the same graphics and music as the original so you might want to mute the game some (I do when I am battling). I haven't played it that much yet, but I found this card that allows you to change your class to a magician more or less. The class has neat spells like Avoid, Juggle, Sword Throwing, etc that is a cool add-on.

well i just got GS2 wednesday and so far i have ten hours logged in. from what i have seen so far the plot is still not that great( tens hours into the game and i am just now meating the real enemy of the game.....) althought it does offer a nice twist in that ur now enemies of ur old group from the original GS.the battle system has not changed but there are items that can change ur class and you now have combo tablets which allow summon between different elemental djinns. if you liked GS1 you'll then GS2 will most likely be for u.
