Yeah, unbelievably bad. They have two good songs, both which are overplayed, and the rest of their stuff sounds the same. Kinda like Linkin Park. They have maybe 4 or 5 decent songs, but the rest of it is a bunch of fucking screaming with background music. I don't like their lead singer, Chester something....he has no musical talent....all he does is screams. In The End was the only song were he sings well. I like the other guy better, the one that sounds like he's kinda rapping. Yeah, I agree he screams too much. He does it even more in Meteora and the songs on there are even more repetitive. I was expecting Meteora to be better, but it was actually worse than HT. :/ Their lyrics are always about the same teen angsty shit and their music is not impressive at all. As for Evanescence, another new untalented band. Nothing new.

You have a good point...i really hate Chester...he is really annoying but the rapper(Mike) is really good and I like him a lot. Their only good song is "Faint"....

1. Led Zeppelin 2. The Beatles 3. Bob Dylan I regularly make fun of my friends' tastes in music. They all like punk. I don't see why you would want to listen to pissed off highschoolers playing the same three chords over and over. And the lyrics... dear God the lyrics... If I wanted to listen to that I would just grab my guitar and play D, E, and G chords for three minutes strait while singing about the Biology test I failed yesterday. HAHAHA! YES!! Down with Pop Punk!! Suckers.

Wow, i cant believe no one listens to what I listen too.....oh wait, yes i can. I can't believe that I'm the only one so far who listens to a little rap. I know there are some closet fans here, I mean the rap wars thread were proof enough ;D And I'm pretty sure Crono likes a little rap too, like the time we started quoting "Ignition" I think it was...hahaha Kudos to those who hate punk rock as well. The Sum41/Blink 182/Hives/Vines/Good Charlottel shit needs to go. To quote myself:

I also like alternative, punk rock, and some trans. I like listening to old songs which I didnt hear get overplayed like System of a Down's Chop Suey, Spineshank's New Disease (their new album is out, woot!), Papa Roach's Last Resort, and Korn's Somebody Someone. I also like My way on the Highway by Limp Bizkit. Songs never get too repetative to me. I still listen to SR71's hit single "Right Now"

I don't really like rap either. It's not even music. It's talking. Eminem is ok sometimes though.

Ah Evanescence... I'll add my two cents on them by defining their name: 1. Fading from sight, vanishing 2. tendency to fade from sight.
Seems like lately they've been living up to it.
On an unrelated note, anyone seen that pixelated video by some new band called "Junior Senior", I belive its called move your feet. Its pretyy odd...

Without help from Dr Dre, Eminem woulda just been another whacked ass rapper playing at St Andrews Hall (small concert hall by me where Eminem used to play...where he shamlessly used ICP's reputation to try and permote himself) and giving BJ's behind resturants for money...cept now instead of giving BJ's to random people, he gives them to his boy Dr Dre. ;D

Listen to a few of the Beastie Boys best songs (Sure Shot, Whatcha Want, Intergalactic, Paul Revere), of course, their songs dont make much sense at all, but you gotta love em.
